Alfonso was informative and answered all of our questions, but it was several months before we were ready to see if we could pre-qualify for a mortgage. He checked in with us a few times during those months, and reassured us that we could overcome almost all obstacles with a bit of patience and effort—his continually calm and professional demeanor throughout the process kept us moving toward our goal, even when we encountered momentary roadblocks. After we pre-qualified and began looking at homes, Alfonso showed us any home we were interested in from Buda to Georgetown, and as first time home buyers he often alerted us to potential red flags we might not be aware of.
